Under the administrative direction of the Mayor and City Council, the City Clerk plans, organizes, provides supervision to, and participates in City functions. The Clerk's official functions include:
  • The oversight and management of all finances and budgets
  • Maintenance and custody of the City's official records and history
  • Coordination of City Council requirements, including preparing agenda materials and minutes for City Council meetings
  • Maintenance of Election Superintendent duties and responsibilities

City Ordinances
City ordinances and resolutions are maintained and updated by the City Clerk. Copies of City ordinances may be obtained by request to the City Clerk's office. Use the Open Records Request Form to obtain these copies.
