Business licenses (Occupational Tax Licenses) are issued within 7-10 working days of submitting the following required documentation:

• Business License Application
• Home Office Compliance Acknowledgement 
• Copy of valid driver's license
• Applicable license fee, payable by cash or check
• Certificate of Occupancy
• Certified fire inspection
• Required licensing and documentation as determined by the State of Georgia, such as food license, retail tax number, sales tax number, etc.

Temporary and seasonal licenses are required for a business to set up and operate in a temporary indoor or outdoor establishment. These licenses are issued within 7-10 working days of submission of the following required documentation:

• Temporary and Seasonal License Application 
• Copy of a valid driver's license
• Applicable license fee, payable by cash or check
• Additional documentation or licensing as required
• Mayor's event license approval

Alcohol licenses are available at Support Services in the Police Department.
